Can't find what you're looking for? Get in touch with our team.

Sign in with your phone number, pick a published tournament, choose the player profile (yourself or your child), fill in any organizer-required details, and complete payment online. Your registration status updates immediately.
Entry fees are collected securely through Razorpay. Refunds follow the policy each organizer sets for their tournament — you'll always see the applicable policy before you pay, and any manual refund is logged with a reason.
Organizers publish pairings, results, and round reminders from their dashboard, and you're notified by WhatsApp or email depending on what's configured for that tournament.
Create an organizer account, complete your organizer profile, and you'll get access to the tournament creation wizard covering format, schedule, fees, categories, and prizes. Visit the Organizer Network page for a full walkthrough.
The platform currently supports individual over-the-board Swiss, round-robin, and double round-robin formats, powered by a pinned, FIDE-compatible pairing engine.
